1. Organiser
The promotion is organised by Prime Future Ltd, located at Unit 9 Stephenson Court, Newark upon Trent, United Kingdom.
2. Duration
The promotion runs from 25th November 2025 to 7th December 2025.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
Participants must be citizens or residents of the United Kingdom.
The promotion is open to new participants who have engaged with Prime Future Ltd through its Facebook advertisements, and to individuals referred by existing clients.
4. How to Participate
To qualify forrewards, participants must complete all of the following steps:
Schedule and attend a consultation with Prime Future Ltd during the promotion period.
Take out an insurance policy through Prime Future Ltd.
Share at least 10 phone numbers of people you’d like to refer.
5. Rewards
Upon completing all required steps and making three (3) successful monthly payments on the life insurance policy, participants will receive:
A complimentary professionally written will worth £249.
A £50 Amazon gift card.
Additionally, participants will be enrolledin the Prime Future Ltd Referral Loyalty Programme:
For each additional person referred who takes out a policy and makes three (3) consecutive payments, the participant will receive two £25 Amazon gift cards.
Gift cards will be sourced from Amazon and delivered electronically. Prime Future Ltd is not responsible for any unused or expired cards. Any issues related to the use of gift cards should be directed to Amazon. Prime Future Ltd is not liable for any goods or services purchased using the cards.
The complimentary will and the gift card (or redemption code) will be delivered by email within 30 days of the participant making the third successful payment on the life insurance policy and completing all other qualifying actions.
Rewards earned through the Prime Future Referral Loyalty Programme will be delivered by email within 30 days of each referred individual making their third successful payment on aqualifying life insurance policy.
6. Additional Benefits
Additional rewards, such as a complimentary will update or registration with The National Will Register, may be offered atthe discretion of Prime Future Ltd. These benefits are not guaranteed and may vary by participant.
7. Consent for Sharing Contact Information
By providing phone numbers of third parties, participants confirm that they have obtained valid consent from those individuals to share their contact details with Prime Future Ltd. Participants must ensure that all referred individuals are aware of, and consent to, their information being shared.
8. General Conditions
The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers.
Prime Future Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility or reward fulfilment, the decision of Prime Future Ltd shall be final and binding.
9. Abuse and Disqualification
Prime Future Ltd reserves the right to exclude any participant who engages in abuse, misconduct, or suspected fraudulent activity relating to this promotion.
10. Liability
Prime Future Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in the promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
